Vaccination of all livestock in Adamawa has begun following the death of a thousand in Taraba due to an illness

After a disease killed over a thousand cows in neighboring Taraba State, veterinary officials of the Adamawa State Government began mass-vaccinating animals in multiple local government districts.

Adamawa State has begun a round of mass vaccinations targeting local government areas (LGAs) that share borders with Taraba State and the Cameroon Republic. This comes after a disease called hemorrhagic septicemia killed over a thousand cows in Taraba.
