According to Yesufu, senators would have no opposition if they chose to impeach Akpabio.
Contributing to X, “Dear Senators,” Yesufu said in his letter. Someone needs to remove Godswill Akpabio from office. You still have the chance to succeed him as Senate President.
“You won’t meet any opposition. People who are hungry will not listen to propaganda. The misinformation will be unheard because their stomachs would be grumbling at full volume.
Following Akpabio’s mockery of Nigerians preparing to demonstrate against President Bola Tinubu’s administration on August 1, her comment followed.
The head of the Senate had already said, “but let us be there eating.” He was urging disgruntled Nigerians who wanted to protest to go ahead and do it.
Akpabio promised that the current crisis will not persist indefinitely, despite the fact that all Nigerians are experiencing its effects.
