The UBA Graduate Programme, also called the UBA Graduate Trainee Programme, is a program designed to recruit and develop recent graduates for careers in banking at the United Bank for Africa. The program offers training, mentorship, and the opportunity to work in various areas of the bank. There is also a separate UBA Group Graduate Management Accelerated Programme (GMAP) focused on sales and customer service. Applications for the GMAP program close on June 17th, 2024.

UBA Graduate Programme 2024 Requirements
- Any field will accept a bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd class lower).
- NYSC completion or an exemption certificate is required.
- Must not exceed 27 years of age by October 2024.
- Work history: two to four years.
- Skills: Ability to solve problems, eagerness to learn, and strong communication.
