Overall Purpose of the Job:-

Graduate Trainee Scheme (GTS). The GTS is an intensive programme designed to attract, retain and accelerate the development of young talented and ambitious graduates through a combination of on-the-job training, as well as structured learning and development programmes.

This scheme will equip candidates with appropriate competencies and provide experience that will facilitate their integration into a challenging business environment that will enable them to unleash their potential in a truly rewarding work environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

  1. minimum of 5 0 level credits (Including Mathematics and English Language), obtained at one sitting
  2. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of second class Upper (2:1) division.
  3. Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or an exemption letter.

EDUCATION:-

:.Bachelors in from any reputable university with min of 2.1 upper.

SKILLS:-

  1. Strong analytical and presentation skilis.
  2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  3. Good problem-solving skills, curiosity and a great appetite for learning Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  4. High level of proactivity and ability to follow through on assigned tasks
  5. Digital awareness.
